Thank you for showing interest in adopting one of our RUFFPAWZ dogs.

Due to a large number of no-shows for meet-and-greet appointments, we have now introduced a refundable 50 AED holding fee for all dog meetings. Unfortunately, we have previously held dogs for potential adopters who simply did not attend their appointment, which delays the rehoming process and wastes valuable rescue resources.

The 50 AED fee is FULLY refundable if:
• You attend your appointment, OR
• You proceed with adopting a dog from RUFFPAWZ

If you do not attend your appointment without notice, the deposit will be forfeited and used to help cover the costs associated with your missed appointment, including transport and boarding expenses.

Every time we arrange a meeting for a dog, it costs the rescue money for transport, day boarding, and staff or volunteer time. When someone fails to show up, not only do we lose these resources, but it also prevents other serious adopters from meeting the dog during that time slot.

We completely understand that emergencies and unexpected situations can happen. However, after experiencing so many no-shows, we have had to put measures in place to protect the dogs and help them find homes as quickly as possible.

Every extra day spent waiting in kennels is another day these beautiful dogs are without a loving family — and that is not the outcome we want for them.
